  • Participation in the event. To qualify for the prizes particpants must complete all four Weigh-ins and schedule an initial and final Weigh-in for their body fat % and circumference measurements.


    Initial Weigh-In & Measurement: January 26th - January 30th
    Weigh-in One: February 2nd - February 10th
    Weigh-in Two: February 16th - February 27th
    Weigh-in Three: March 2nd - March 13th
    Weigh-in Four: March 16th - March 27th
    Final Weigh-Ins: March 30th - April 3rd
    Please weigh-in at the front desk for Weigh-ins One through Four.

    Working with a trainer will give you the best opportunity to acheive your goals. Team up with people who have similar goals and let the energy drive you to success.
    24 Training Sessions Total
    Scheduled for 3x/week

    Morning Option:
    Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday at 6am.
    Evening Option:
    Monday, Wednesday, and Friday at 6pm.
