Qigong Tai Chi

Join us for a 60 minute Tai Chi training session. This Qigong exercise program is accessible for all levels of fitness and ability. The program is composed using traditional Tai Chi movements to focus your life energy, improve your strength, flexibility, increase your body’s fluid movement (blood, synovial, and lymph,) and to enhance your balance. Tai Chi improves your awareness of how your body moves and flows. The program is designed to empower people to improve their overall health and wellness in a safe and effective manner.
