Senior Strength with Liz:

The goal of this class is improved strength, balance and mobility so that you can move and feel better. Every class has a 15 minute warm-up, 30 minutes of strength training and 15 minutes of mat or seated work. Every workout is total body strength training with special attention given to corrective posture, rotator cuff and hip strengthening as well as dynamic hip, knee and ankle stability. As a Zoom class, you will need a kitchen chair, a resistance band, heavier dumbbells or a single heavy household item (like a big rock), lighter dumbbells or soup cans, and an optional 8-9 inch fitness ball. This class is for all levels of fitness!
