Zumba is a fun, high energy interval fitness class, set to upbeat music and choreographed dances. The classes emphasize moving to the music and having a good time using high/low intensity cardio moves that boost heart rate, improves endurance, strengthens the core and enhances flexibility.

This Latin-inspired dance fitness class transcends age, gender, and fitness level and is sure to get your smile on! Angelo’s playlist offers a wide variety of musical genres including classic Latin beats, pop, old school hip hop, and world music. Learn the moves on-the-spot by following his cues, or by practicing his choreography through his YouTube channel, “sapitpit”!
