Cancellation Policy

Members must fill out a cancellation form. Forms can be obtained from our Front Desk, requested via email from management@getfitdavis.com or by printing on the below link. Members must drop the completed form back to the Front Desk or email it back to management@getfitdavis.com .

We DO NOT accept cancellations over the phone. Cancellation forms must be submitted within 14 days of your next bill date.
